Slow Down Honey are a pop/rock band from Umina, NSW who "believe in the 3-minute pop song".

Their debut EP, In The Picture was produced by Australian producer David Nicholas (INXS, Midnight Oil, George) after hearing only a few rough demos. The band have been playing together since they were wee tykes and are on the up-and-up.
