Monuments claims some of the most focused songs Antiskeptic have recorded to date. Their sound boasts a heavier, rock edge, similar to musical peers Gyroscope, After The Fall and Behind Crimson Eyes. Despite the comparisons, Antiskeptic have a unique sound that is difficult to pigeon-hole, which is a result of the bands diverse musical influences, including Helmet, the Police, Silverchair, Midnight Oil and the Foo Fighters.
Monuments is a killer dual EP/DVD release - the DVD contains intimate footage from the studio, band commentary and a live performance filmed late last year at Rod Laver Arena to a crowd of 15,000 excited fans. The EP also features new songs 'Dancing On The Inside', crowd pleaser 'Hello Halo', 'Selling Your Time' and the epic eight-and-a-half minute track 'Hallelujah'.
