50 Cent solo career over?

A couple of weeks ago, in typical mucho-bravado style, US rapper 50 Cent publicly announced he’d stop recording solo albums if his new release ‘Curtis’ sold less records than Kanye West’s new release, ‘Graduation’.
Well, the first-week sales figures are to be released today, and most reports indicate Kanye got up on Eminem’s protégé.
Here’s hoping 50 keeps his word.
