Dappled Cities Fly and Red Riders are hitting the road together this June on a unique co-headline tour in which the ‘headline’ act will be decided at the start of each show by the toss of a coin on stage. This travelling carnival will take in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide with both bands playing a full set of material, and perhaps a surprise or two along the way.
The bands, which both released albums in 2006, have long talked about sharing the stage, and are now looking forward to finally jumping in a tour bus together.
Al Grigg from Red Riders says, “Dappled Cities Fly & Red Riders are both indie-guitar bands who are a perfect match. We’ve been friends for years - we started around the same time. So we’re pretty excited to be heading out with a band we love."
