Jon Auer will be hauling his guitar across Australia next February for a series of shows, in what will be his 4th trip to our shores, but the 1st as a soloist in support of his November 2006 release, "Songs from the Year of Our Demise", on the 2 Feet label.

His first Australian visit was in 1996 when The Posies opened for the Hoodoo Gurus, he returned with the band in 2000 and again earlier this year. Auer was also responsible for mixing the classic You Am I album 'Hi Fi Way'.

Supporting Jon on his Aussie run is Laura Imbruglia who is also enjoying a host of rave reviews for her recent debut full length release.
