Spector Jury Hung

Legendary rock producer Phil Spector may escape being convicted of the murder of actress Lana Clarkson due to a hung jury.
Spector was charged with Clarkson’s murder after she was found dead in his home, having been shot in the mouth.
But a jury has been unable to return a unanimous verdict convicting Spector of the 2003 murder, which may see the judge request the jury consider a reduced charge of manslaughter.
Spector made a name for himself pioneering the ‘wall of sound’ recording technique and working alongside artists including The Beatles, Tina Turner and the Ramones.
