U2 have finally announced they will be bringing the Vertigo Tour to Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney in March 2006.
The shows will be typically 'U2' with reportedly, three 747 airplanes, flying in a video wall 40m wide and 10m high, along with two screens that are 12m wide and 8m high.
Since the Vertigo Tour kicked off in San Diego last March, three and a half million fans have filled 110 shows in North America and Europe taking U2 to the top of the earnings list in 2005 with over $200 million in concert ticket sales.
Tickets are expected to be priced at $99 for General Admission tickets, with Reserved Seating between $99 and $199 and go on sale on Monday December 5th from usual ticket outlets.
