Clap Your Hands Say Yeah are returning to our shores to play Laneway Festival and headline shows around Australia.
CYHSY made quite an impression when they released their eponymous debut a few years back. The band are notable for achieving their initial fame and commercial success via the Internet rather than through a record label. Shortly after the release of their first album, they received attention from numerous MP3 blogs and a favourable review from Pitchfork Media, who gave the band a "Best New Music" commendation.
They will be joined on tour by Manchester Orchestra.
