laura imbruglia new single

Sydney's Laura Imbruglia has been holed up for the best part of a year working on the follow-up to her self-titled debut album, which boasted the songs Looking For A Rabbit, Tear Ducts and Magical Washing Machine. Due for release in Feb 2010, the second album, titled The Lighter Side Of... is a meeting of the two sides of Laura - the smart-arse and the angry heartbreak-y.

The first taste of this new material is the preview track When It All Falls Apart (And It Will), a cheery little ode to unrequited love and the joys of offering oneself up as a rebound partner. Featuring blistering lead guitar by You Am I's Davey Lane, loneliness has never sounded sweeter and it's available to download FREE from www.lauraimbruglia.com. (The song, that is, not the loneliness).

To celebrate the fact that she's finally putting some new tunes out, Laura will be doing one special show with a full band and many special guests...
