Queensland's finest garage country rockers, Mexico City, return to Melbourne for the third and final time this year for a series of shows in mid-October.
Each of the shows will feature a revolving cast of local acts in support including Downhills Home, The Rostovs, Like Deelers and Jacob S Harris.
The visit follows Mexico City's recent win in the Courier-Mail Q Song People's Choice Awards which saw the band take out the top prize after four weeks of voting and more than 2000 entries received from Queensland acts.
The win rounds out a big year so far for the Brisbane four-piece, which also saw the release of their acclaimed second album, Brown Bird, in April.
