Peats Ridge Festival announces first lineup!
Peats Ridge is excited to announce the first round of Artists who will be gracing some of the 10 stages at the 2008 instalment of this leading-edge festival.
To ensure Peats Ridge features Australia’s best up and coming talent the application process is also open to artists of any genre who can apply for the opportunity to perform at Peats Ridge. Stay tuned for further announcements about the further 170 musicians who will perform at the Festival and details of the theatre, cabaret and new media program – this year the Festival is dedicating two venues to performance art. The Festival also features roving performers and site installations, an array of workshops, markets & food stalls, a Healing Haven of Bliss area, an Ecoliving Village, an indigenous Boardi space, a children’s festival and discussions around living sustainably. It is this range and depth of creative talent that makes Peats Ridge such a magical place to see in the New Year.
