Silverstein

Silverstein have been carrying the torch of working-class, emotionally-driven hardcore punk for over 10 years. The Canadian quintet douse their unique sound with melody as fuel and are set to light the stage on fire at their headlining Sidewaves this March. On their latest album ‘A Shipwreck In The Sand’, Silverstein have unleashed a beautiful and composed album bleeding with passion.

Formed in 2004 by a group of higher-thinking high-schoolers who wanted their peers to find meaning and camaraderie in their music, Blessthefall was intent on making their post-hardcore/screamo blend a different breed that people would remember. In a live setting, Blessthefall are undeniably stellar.

Fads come and fads go; in the process they leave behind a few bands that serve as the epiphany of the genre – I See Stars are one such band. Having mastered the art of combining synths and vocoder, with luscious clean vocals, the moving stomp of the electronica, and memorable melodies, I See Stars will be bringing their refined technicality and genre defining abilities to the table in support of Silverstein and Blessthefall.

This addictive trio will be serving up two mouth-watering Sidewaves this March.
