The boutique New York-inspired arts and cultural showcase, The Boroughs, is excited to announce their full line up, headlined by the influential 70s glam rock outfit New York Dolls, and backed by a host of Australia's freshest talents.
This year, Melbourne and Sydney will stage flagship events, celebrating important influences across art, film, fashion, skate, and music.
