The Getaway Plan announce new shows and retrospective CD

With most of the original dates sold out, more shows have been added to The Getaway Plan’s final tour. Boomtown Records has also announced a final CD collection of the band’s non-album material.

Since announcing their final dates in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, The Getaway Plan have already sold out the Melbourne and Sydney dates nearly two months out from the shows. As a result and due to popular demand, new dates have been added in Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne to please the ever growing number of fans begging to see the Melbourne quartet one last time. The new Adelaide and Melbourne dates are on sale now, and the second Sydney show will be on sale this Thursday 16th April.

Boomtown Records has announced the release of 2004-2009 – a 21 track CD that will span each non-album release across the five year career of The Getaway Plan. The CD includes the Hold Conversation EP, the rare 2004 demo, and the Shadows, Where the City Meets the Sea and Streetlight singles complete with exclusive B-Sides. The CD will be available in stores from May 15th.
