On Anzac Day Saturday 25th April, Melbourne pop punk all round good guys THE MEANIES join their ol' mate Lance Petrie for his one and only Melbourne International Comedy Festival stand up performance of "World Peace For Dummies" at The Tote in Collingwood. Lance has also roped in his mates from stoner stalwarts Budd and upstarts Cockfight Shootout to assist in the laughter stakes.
May 3rd will see THE MEANIES attempt to get their sea legs with a cruise around Sydney Harbour on a charming little runabout called The Fusion. This lil' adventure was put together by forward thinking promoters Popfrenzy and along with THE MEANIES the 500 lucky people of Sydney that can fit on the thing will also experience US punk duo Matt & Kim along with Sydney-siders Spod and Traps.
Keep your eyes and ears peeled for another 7" single pretty soon, as well as an amazing cd anthology to be released by the fine people at Infidelity Recordings.
