Following two weeks of intensive voting, Jack Daniel’s is pleased to announce that YOU AM I’s tour mates on the first round of THE JD SET for 2009 are Sydney’s THE GLASS CEILING [pictured] and Adelaide’s THE SHINY BRIGHTS!
The first tour of THE JD SET in 2009 will kick off on Friday, 22 May at The Zoo in Brisbane before hitting Sydney and Melbourne then ending in Whyalla! To make the promise of showcasing some of the country’s finest new live talent in some of the country’s favourite venues even more appealing, Jack Daniel’s has announced that all dates will feature NO DOOR CHARGE!
A key element of THE JD SET will be involvement with Support Act Limited (SAL) Australia’s Music Industry Benevolent Fund which provides relief and assistance to members of the Australian music industry in need or suffering hardship.
