Getaway Plan, The

As many of you may have worked out by now, the next single from The Getaway Plan - "Other Voices, Other Rooms" is going to be "Shadows". We recently shot the film clip for the song over four long nights all around Melbourne. The shoot took us to Brighton Beach, Northcote, Brunswick, North Melbourne and a local indoor swimming pool. The clip should be ready early October and we'll have a trailer for you by the end of the month.

We are also recording two new B-Sides for the "Shadows" single. Both are new songs you won't have heard - one being a cover of Massive Attack's "Teardrop" and the other being a song called "Melophobia", which we never got to finish for the album. We'll be releasing the single as a limited edition CD version on November 8th. Only 500 will be pressed, and will available for order online.

But I guess the big news is we are heading out on THE SHADOWS TOUR in November. It's six huge shows where you can expect a full production from us. Tickets are on sale now. Get in quick as all the city shows on our last tour sold out.

Coming along with us on the tour will be CALLING ALL CARS and our newest label mates A YEAR TO REMEMBER. We checked out AYTR on the weekend in Melbourne and they were amazing.
