Terms and Conditions
thedwarf.com.au is operating this ticket service on behalf of the artist, venue or promoter and tickets purchased are by us an agent on behalf of mentioned parties. When making a purchase on our site, you are bound by the terms and conditions below and through your action of making a purchase are agreeing to these terms.
1. All ticket prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
2. All ticket prices include a set booking fee. This booking fee is non refundable under any circumstance.
3. Sales cease when online allocation has been exhausted or at another time when specified.
4. The promoter of each event reserves the right to alter the date, venue, artists performing or any such entertainment without notice.
5 The promoter or venue of ticketed event reserves the right to allow admission.
6. All events sold are restricted to those over the ages of 18 unless specified.
7. We, as a ticket agent, reserve the right to not sell tickets to any person or entity.
8. Individual events may have their own terms and conditions. We recommend you view these conditions carefully prior to any purchase.
9. All tickets sold are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds or transfers are solely the responsibility of the promoter.
10. Postage via Australia Post may be selected at any time prior to 5 business days before the Event, after which no postage option will be made available. If you fail to receive your tickets (or a notice from Australia Post that your tickets are available for collection) within 3 days of the event, please contact our office on (03) 9663 4432.
11. All credit card details are checked to verify their validity for security and anti-fraud purposes. Prosecution will occur if fraud is suspected.
12. Any information that we collect from you when make a purchase is used only for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under this agreement.
13. If the event is cancelled for any reason, we will refund the ticket price exclusive of postage and handling and booking fees upon request, provided that the original ticket(s) and proof of purchase are presented. Please contact us to request a refund.
14. When processing your payment, we use a 128-bit SSL system to encrypt all orders. A small padlock will appear during the purchase process and the URL will change to "https://etc" indicating a secure connection.
15. We record your host name, IP address and the time and date of the purchase as a measure to prevent fraud. This information, like any other information collected will not be provided to any third party.
16. Credit card fraud is a SERIOUS OFFENCE and and persons found to commit this crime will be prosecuted fully under Australian law.
